A list of our Satellite Group locations appears below.  Some Satellite Group locations may have as many as 2 to 4 groups meeting at the same time.   Here is what to do if you are interested in applying for one of the Satellite Group locations:

First check the Satellite Group list below to see if the group that you are interested in has openings available.  Then please do the following:

Write TBMP a letter stating the following:

1. List your 3 choices of Satellite Group; your 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd choice of Satellite Group location.  Nearly ALL Satellite Group locations have a "waiting list" of 3 months or more, so include all 3 choices.
2. Tell us about your weight problem and what you have done about it in the past.
3. Tell us why you think you are now ready to lose weight.

Enclose a stamped, self-addressed business-size envelope with your letter and mail it to:

Applications are considered on an individual basis.  In order to qualify for acceptance into the program an applicant must meet certain criteria due to the limited openings.

Please feel free to check the TBMP website for updates on our program, and for information on which Satellite Groups we will be accepting new applicants for.

The list of Satellite Groups below is accurate as of the date noted.  Group openings are filled rapidly, on a "First come, first served" basis.  A Satellite Group showing openings as of the date noted below may, due to approved applications for membership, have allocated all of its available openings before the next update of the Satellite Group List.


TBMP Satellite Groups are currently available ONLY at the locations listed below,
in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

are established and ready to accept new members.

If there are no Satellite Groups located near you, there are many teaching hospitals and universities throughout the country that run weight loss programs.  A number of these programs use behavior modification, and a number of them do not.
